Use of our services
By accessing the iTrackZen website and platform you agree to these terms. Our GPS tracking and fleet management services are provided to businesses and authorised users for lawful fleet monitoring purposes only.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access to the platform is subject to a valid subscription.
Service availability
We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. GPS accuracy depends on third-party networks and hardware. Pricing and plans are described on our pricing page and may change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, iTrackZen and LIBDEX LTD are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
